Requirements of the Perfect Binder:
-Minimum of 1-year experience running a digital binder.
-Able to read a ruler.
-Good trouble shooting skills by using machine documentation.
-Attention to detail.
-Able to read and interrupt job work orders.
-Mechanical ability with a basic knowledge of tools.
-Able to work a flexible schedule and OT as required.
-Has at least 1 full year / full time experience running a 4 pocket perfect binder. These are a few types of perfect binders for reference ( Muller, Horizon, Duplo) The person hired would use Horizon and Duplo. Capable of setting up and trouble shooting the binder. Works well with others and can direct a small crew of helpers. If the person has good machine op experience not in a print shop he will interview anyway.
-Operation of a single pocket perfect binder and trimmer in line.
-Produce daily work scheduled in an efficient manner while maintaining product quality and care of the equipment in a fast-paced environment.
