Job Requirements

  • Perform a variety of assembly operations
  • Perform visual and physical product inspections, assuring quality products
  • Maintain and remove waste from work area before departing work area at the end of shift
  • Craft and implement site-specific Lean plans that are aligned with the corporate Lean plan
  • Met for clients ensuring analytical groups and project management teams needed to complete compliance projects are communicated
  • Ensure the packaging meet company expectation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Using cleaning solutions and hand tools
  • Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity and sustained of the food safety Push/Pull oven & cooling racks Other duties
  • Monitor the weights (where specified) of products ensuring that are packed at the specified weights
  • Facilitate meetings to review and analyze results
  • Peeling skinless product to remove plastic casing which is needed to prepare product for packaging (inserting product into mechanical peeler)
  • Trim, pack and/or assemble finished product into carton, skid or crate
  • Practice and maintain proper sanitation procedures to ensure maximum shelf life for all products
  • Recognize hazardous wastes in area
  • Show work ethic amongst others in similar roles
  • Set up towers for operation and complete all pre-ops along with documentation
  • Inspect product as be received, processed, and packaged for any . non-conformities
  • Perform line clearances and sublot changeover
  • Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
